1.8 — When placing bets on the Service, you must not use any information obtained in breach of any legislation in force in the country in which you were located at the time the bet was placed.

1.9 — You must make all payments to us in good faith and must not attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action that causes such payment to be reversed by a third party in order to avoid a legitimately incurred debt.

2.6 — Each Customer is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their Registered Email Address to prevent its use by third parties.

2.7 — You may only register one Account with the Service. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you hold multiple Accounts registered with us.

2.8 — You must keep your password for the Service confidential. We recommend that you change your password regularly and never disclose it to any third party.

2.9 — If you believe that any information on your Account has been misused by a third party, or that your Account has been hacked, or that your password has been discovered by a third party, you must notify us immediately by email at support@ph.state77.com.

2.10 — Upon registration, you will be asked to choose the currency in which you will operate your Account. Some payment methods do not process all currencies; in such cases, a processing currency will be displayed.

2.11 — The following shall not be accepted as means of funding: cash, paper-based payment instruments, cheques, virtual assets or crypto-assets, third-party payments, credit cards or deferred payment instruments, and any other alternative not provided for in these Terms.

3 — Restricted Use

If you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise not legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement with us;
To collect information about other Customers by any means;

3.2 — You may not sell or transfer your account to any third party, nor acquire a player account from a third party.

3.3 — You may not transfer funds between player accounts.

3.5 — Types and Forms of Betting

3.6 — Early Settlement (Cash Out)

7 — Deposit of Funds

7.1 — You may deposit funds into your Account using any of the methods available on our Site. All deposits must be made in the same currency as your Account.

7.2 — Fees and charges may apply to customer deposits and withdrawals. Any deposit made to an account that has not been wagered (rolled over) three times will incur a processing fee of 3% and any applicable withdrawal fee.

8 — Withdrawal of Funds

9 — Transactions and Payment Processors

11 — General Rules

11.1 — Where a sport-specific rule conflicts with a general rule, the general rule shall not apply.

11.2 — The winner of an event will be determined on the event's settlement date; we do not recognise contested or overturned decisions for betting purposes.

11.3 — All published results will be final after 72 hours and no enquiry will be accepted after that period.

11.4 — Minimum and maximum bet amounts for all sporting events will be determined by us and are subject to change without prior notice.

11.5 — Customers are solely responsible for their own Account transactions. Please ensure you review your bets for any errors before submitting them.

12 — Communications and Notices

12.1 — All communications and notices to be given under these Terms by you to us must be sent to support@ph.state77.com.

12.2 — All communications and notices from us to you will be posted on the Site and/or sent to the Registered Email Address.

13 — Matters Outside Our Control

13.1 — We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in the provision of the Service due to a Force Majeure event that may reasonably be considered beyond our control.

14 — Liability

Should it be confirmed that the Customer was under 18 years of age: all winnings will be withheld; all winnings obtained whilst underage must be paid to us; any deposited amounts that are not winnings will be returned to you.
