These Terms and Conditions apply to you and are binding if you participate in State77.
With the aim of maintaining a harmonious, lasting and fair relationship with our customers and to avoid any ambiguity regarding the conduct of sports betting, State77 has rules for all customers. These rules shall always prevail for any and all registrations with State77. You must therefore accept our terms upon registration. By participating in our betting services at ("the Service"), you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to your account. You must read the Terms carefully; if you do not agree with them and/or are unable to accept them, please do not use, visit or access the Site. By ticking the box "I accept the terms and conditions of State77" as part of the registration process, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include, and are inextricably linked to, our Privacy Policy. You are subject to these Terms and Conditions in any event if you use the Service, which includes but is not limited to registering to use our Service, initiating or making a deposit through the Service, or placing a bet.
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
"State77" refers to the brand and all products offered online (accessed via desktop or laptop) through the website and on "Mobile" (accessed via mobile phone or tablet) through or via the app.
The customer's "Gaming Agreement" is entered into with State77, and is formalised upon the successful registration of an account with State77.
All customer funds held by the platform are kept separate from the platform's own funds in accounts distinct from its trading account. This means that measures have been taken to protect Customer Funds, but that in the event of insolvency there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid.
Your Participation in
1.1. It is expressly prohibited for persons under 18 years of age to register and place bets.
1.2. Registration using data belonging to third parties is expressly prohibited.
1.3. Acceptance
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are fully aware that there is a risk of losing or winning money through gambling, and you are solely responsible for any such loss or gain. You agree that your participation in State77 is at your own discretion and risk. With regard to your losses, you shall have no claim against State77 or any partner, or their respective directors, officers or employees.
1.4. Identification and Documentation
To participate in State77, you must enter your personal details during the account registration process. When submitting a withdrawal request, you may also be asked to provide valid identification documents confirming your age and address. Following such a request, the withdrawal will not be processed for payment until State77 has received all requested identification documents.
1.5. Identity Checks
State77 reserves the right to receive and successfully verify your identification documents, internally or through third parties, before permitting any withdrawal from your account.
1.6. Age and Identity Verification Policy
Payment of a withdrawal request shall only be made to a registered customer. You authorise us and our designated agents to confirm your identity and clarify your entitlement to use the funds you have staked with State77. We may withhold funds in your State77 customer account until your age has been successfully verified.
1.7. Risk
You agree that your participation in State77 is at your own discretion and risk. Furthermore, you agree that your Participation in State77 is for your personal entertainment and non-professional use, and that you are acting on your own behalf.
1.8. Acceptable Use
You represent, warrant and agree that you will comply with all laws, statutes and regulations applicable to your use of the site and the Service.
Your Account
2.1. Single Account
You may personally register and operate only one account with State77. If you hold more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend both accounts permanently.
2.2. Accuracy of Information
You must keep your registration information up to date at all times. The name provided to State77 at the time of registration must be identical to the name appearing on your personal identification documents.
2.3. Password
The customer account registration process requires you to choose your own password combination. You must keep this information confidential.
2.4. Verification of Banking Details
When using banking financial transactions with State77, the account holder's name must be the same as the name registered when creating an account with State77.
2.5. Liability
State77 will not accept any liability for damages or losses deemed or alleged to arise from or in connection with your participation.
2.6. Account Transfers
Transferring funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Customers are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts from/to other customers.
2.7. Account Suspension
State77 reserves the right to suspend, close or cancel your customer account at its sole discretion.
2.8. Account Closure and Temporary Suspension
If you wish to temporarily close your customer account, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
2.9. Amendments
State77 reserves the right to suspend, modify, delete or add content to the site or the Services, at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1. Records
It is the responsibility of the bank account holder to retain copies of transaction records and these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time.
3.2. Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the platform's current applicable limits, and only one withdrawal may be requested within any 24-hour period. State77 reserves the right to amend any of these amounts without prior notice.
